Beth practices estate planning and probate law in Colorado. She has an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
Beth's estate planning and probate experience includes Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Living Wills, and other estate planning documents. In addition, Beth handles prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, as well as a wide variety of corporate law, including incorporations of different types of entities in the State of Colorado.
Prior to starting Keene & Sparks LLP in October of 2003, Beth was an Associate with the law firm of Rothgerber, Johnson and Lyons LLP in Colorado Springs, Colorado from 1997 to 2003. From 1994 to 1997 Beth worked as an Associate with Dorsey & Whitney in Denver, Colorado, specializing in securities and transactional law.
In 1990, Beth received her B.S. summa cum laude, from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Beth holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School (1993), and from 1993 to 1994 she was a law clerk for Chief Judge Sherman Finesilver at the Federal District Court in Denver, Colorado.
Beth is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Massachusetts.
